Return Policy

At Bennets Coastal Wear, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You may only request a return after receiving the physical product
  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must still be attached
  • Items may be tried on, but not worn for extended use
  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted

2. Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@bennetscoastalwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. You will receive the return address of our warehouse or international fulfilment centre
  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or additional fees
  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments if tracking shows delivery to the provided return address
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is entered at checkout
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers
